MODERN YOGA — ANCIENT TRADITIONS!
The word “yoga” is a Sanskrit word root "yuj" that means “union” and “fusion”.
As it is known, the origins of yoga are ancient Indian traditions; its background and philosophy was mentioned in the most ancient manuscripts. In its direct translation, the word “yoga” means unity with yourself and the entire universe. Yoga is one of the six fundamental systems of Indian Philosophy and Thought.
By practicing yoga one can learn how to understand themselves better, to channel their attention towards what happens now and here, to maintain the presence of mind in daily life and to gain clarity and breadth of consciousness. Practicing yoga stimulates the development of our mental abilities, helps to advance emotionally and spiritually. Yoga harmonizes almost all aspects of our being: the physical, the mental, the emotional and the spiritual side, it helps to realize all the best in all of us! Yoga definitely improves the quality of our life!
